hey i have been playing this version and there are these black lines on my chip selection they don't have a name and they don't do anything i think it is a bug but anyway i love the game can't wait until we have a bigger work space
The discord invite is invalid. When making an invite link you'll have to change it to not expire or else it will just not work after 7 days.
Also Some improvments i'd like to suggest:
Be able to change keybinds. I for example don't have a numpad so I had to bind + and - to my mouse.
Bigger area, zoom in and out
Be able to create your own categories to sort your circuits and make it easier and quicker to find what your searching for.
Bulk import circuits.
Editing circuits without your current work being deleted.
A button to delete your current workspace
While I think these would be nice improvments I think you already have enough on your mind. Also I'd like to help but I don't have much experience with unity and less with C#. But if I can do anything I'd gladly help!
Everything you've done so far is great and you've greated a fun way of playing and tinkering with logic so people can learn. Keep up the good work!
He is on Mac so the localazitation doesn't work on Mac. Sorry because we haven't Mac so we couldn't test. Now we know that language doesn't work on Mac and will fix it.
Is there any possible way to get rid of the phantom pins? They are getting in the way of everything. I've tried restarting and everything, they just wont go away.

To clear the Phantom Pins you have to Delete the chips that are still active in file manager.
Step 1: Press the "Edit Chip" button to open the Store location for all of your chips
Step 2: There should be a Mismatch between the Chips in your hotbar (in game) and the Chips in file manager. Delete Every chip that appears in file manager and that DOES NOT appear in your hotbar.
Step 3: Do the same for the chips inside the "Wirelayout" Folder
Step 4: Reload the Chip and the phantom pins should be gone.
This is what I do to clear phantom pins so idk if its going to work for everyone but its worth a shot. :D
This did not work. And, to add insult to injury, some of the chips i made and took forever to make aren't even on the hotbar. So Im just going to have to completely restart, well, after that bug update of course. Otherwise, I just won't be able to do crap.
Hi I was Trying to make complex components.But my circuits became corrupted for no apparent reason.Ex: 8 Bit ALU, 4:16 Multiplexer, 256 bit Regiter.And the game wont let me import more circuits.
Its quite an easy Solution. Go to that Folder and Rename 'Digital Logic Sim_Data' to 'DigitalLogicSim_Data' and it should work. I tried it and it worked

So when I'm done I hope to have 1 folder with every possible chip.

This problem is very common when the app developer didn’t have the itch client in mind. You can still download it via the ITCH website. (Take the url from the bar in the itch client and access the itch page of this game in your browser. You might need to log in to download a paid game.)
If any developer has complaints about this issue here is some context, (please let me know whether it works for you).
The itch client is a standalone app that provides a lot of convinience for the user.
It provides (the possibility of) sandboxing apps, so they can’t steal passwords from my browser (currently opt in for the developer but that will change in the future).
It automatically makes installable windows apps available under Linux (and maybe mac?) via wine without extra effort for the user or developer
It provides a central place remove all the programms downloaded (you never forget some gigabyte big game in your download folder)
It provides a way for users to kill badly behaving programms without opening a task manager
Itch can collect crash logs that can help user and developer identify problems such as missing libraries (called *.dll on windows) which either a technically minded user can fix on their own or give detailed technical feedback to the developer
Itch can also automatically install dependencies (such as programming language run-times) for the user when they are needed
It does automatic updates of applications to the latest version in the background without user intervention
Only updates the changes of apps when the developer pushed it using butler tool
To do this the itch client needs some information. I never published on Itch but i suspect those two articles have the information you need. You are probably just missing an App manifests if that doesn’t cut it look into the Game developer quick start and profit from the benefits of using butler: Compatibility policy#Platinum tier "
hi, I really appreciate this update on the original simulator, but the input and output buttons are inverted for me. There is something a need to do to fix this, or maybe there is a later version that doesn't have this problem?
Can you possible add a an option to undo something with either a button or with ctrl-z? I sometimes accidently delete things that I don't mean to, or adding things that I don't want to; and it would make it more efficient if it was implemented.
It would also be useful if it didn't interfere with the key chip somehow.
A second suggestion is that you should be able to have an infinite workspace to make bigger computers with more possible inputs, outputs, and chips. There are too many limitations.
Another suggestion just off the top of my head is that- and maybe this is a little too much to ask for- you could be able to implement a code in like javascript or python in the outputs, so that when the output is enabled, it runs a script that can perform certain actions. Just a thought, though. Probably too much to do.
yea Lua its the must simple lenguage in the World, But it will take away the essence of making you components, it should be add like the screen or keyboard so it dont take that essence.
I have a solution for the Bug that ruins a project when a chip used in other chips is deleted.
Instead of Deleting the chip, Only remove it from the menu bar in the bottom and keep it inside the project and Only remove it from the project if all usages of that "Deleted" chip are removed.
Also,
The Number that shows the Binary Input in Number is a bit wrong. I believe that It should be flipped and go from top to bottom instead of bottom to top. Because of that Issue I'm having to convert the Binary Input or Output to Number myself. Fixing that Issue will make Converting Binary to Decimal Very convenient.

Try changing the Language from the settings. Keep on changing until it's all fixed. If it still doesn't get fixed, We will see what we can do.
He is on Mac so the localazitation doesn't work on Mac. Sorry because we haven't Mac so we couldn't test. Now we know that language doesn't work on Mac and will fix it.

1. The Vertica Box Fix
Make the Grey box more close to de Chip itself so We dont have the problem that the Chip dont fit when it can Clearly.
2. The Horizontal Box Fix
When the Chip is horizontal it Uses the grey box like if it is Horizontal.
The window is too big to fit on my screen - I know its in settings but you could make it smaller by default
